Kyle Hickinson d130b8aa91 [iOS] Validate playlist sleep timer when displaying countdown 
This fixes a crash where the sleep timer fire date ends up somehow being before the current date (possibly by the user changing their device time, or maybe during time zone changes)

Simon Hong f8484c8f7c Removed tab's shadow

Resolved by reverting https://github.com/brave/brave-core/pull/17527

When last active unpinned tab is pinned, it's moved to pinned tab
container but it seems its layer for shadow is not cleared properly.
So, that layer hides some parts of new tab button. As the tab's shadow
causes this issue, just removed shadow as our design doesn't use shadow
for tab anymore.

We're using pinned tab container's bottom border as a separator from
unpinned tab container. It should be drawn when only both are not empty.
