mkarolin 2e4e93fef3 Modified Transifex script to check formatting on plural strings. 
Checks that translation of strings in ICU plural format, similar to:
{ xxx, plural,
  =x {}
  other {}
}

is preserved in the translation strings.

Also fixed some pylint formatting indignations.
