## Summary by CodeRabbit

* **Chores**
* Build process now accepts optional CLI configuration parameters
(--update-url, --orbit-channel, --desktop-channel, --osqueryd-channel)
to customize package generation during builds.
* Containerized fleetd services now use a restart policy that keeps
services running unless explicitly stopped, improving reliability and
reducing downtime.

Lucas Manuel Rodriguez 52948b25af Update fleetd linux docker images used for testing (#44415)
Removing some unmaintained/old docker images (Amazon Linux and CentOS),
and keeping most used/updated (Debian, Ubuntu, and Fedora).

Use cases for this:
- I used this to test wiping a linux host (without needing to wipe my
VMs).
- Test fleetd on linux amd64 on Apple Silicon (VMs usually are arm64).

Lucas Manuel Rodriguez 2781193cdd Added fleetd docker images to test/develop linux fleetd features (#25027)
Useful while testing/developing #24385.

In the future we can push some of these to Fleet's Docker Hub and
include them in `fleetctl preview` to allow demoing of e.g. script
execution on linux devices.
