Added functionality to verify that the escrowed LUKS disk encryption key is valid. To achieve this, two new fleetd tables were added: lsblk and cryptsetup_luks_salt/table to compare the stored encryption key with the ones present on the host.

When you run gitops or otherwise just do something to remove a software
installer from the setup experience list while it is running and then
delete that software installer, setup experience fails to proceed past
the "steps" screen because it is expecting all software in the initial
payload to complete installation even if those installers were not in
the current payload.
This now tracks the status of items in the current payload and as a
small enhancement deletes the items that disappear
from the payload, which seemed like the best thing to do

- `docker scout` now fails the daily scheduled action if there are
CRITICAL,HIGH CVEs (we missed setting `exit-code: true`).
- Report CVE-2025-46569 as not affected by it because of our use of
OPA's go package.
- Report CVE-2024-8260 as not affected by it because Fleet doesn't run
on Windows.
- The `security/status.md` shows a lot of changes because we are now
sorting CVEs so that newest come first.

[This
patch](https://github.com/fleetdm/fleet/commit/866d8bcc0073cf7837d60d43eec0b54ad718375f)
was intended to ensure that Fleet Desktop was always run with the
currently-logged-in user. This patch didn't take Nudge into account, and
it is now causing a command like sudo -u /usr/bin/open /path/to/nudge to
execute, which fails.
This PR fixes the issue by checking whether `opts.user` is populated,
and if not, falling back to the previous behavior for opening apps.
## Testing
I tested that Desktop still opens with this, so it at least doesn't
break that. Discussions ongoing re: how to test Nudge.

This PR updates Fleet and its related tools and binaries to use Go
version 1.24.1.
Scanning through the changelog, I didn't see anything relevant to Fleet
that requires action. The only possible breaking change I spotted was:

release notes, Go 1.24 requires Linux kernel version 3.2 or later.
Linux kernel 3.2 was released in January of 2012, so I think we can

This PR attempts to fix the issue where the Fleet desktop icon sometimes
fails to appear on MacOS hosts until the hosts are rebooted. Anecdotal
evidence points to this being an issue when system setup is happening,
leading to the theory that Orbit is attempting to launch the app as
`_mbsetupuser` rather than the real logged-in user. The fix here is to
use a different command to get the name of the logged-in user (ignoring
`_mbsetupuser` if it appears), and to launch the desktop app as that
user using `sudo`.
I have tested this on MacOS and Ubuntu hosts, and verified that the
desktop app launches as expected on both.
We don't have a solid reproduction scenario for the issue, but we do
have [some ways to look for relevant
errors](https://github.com/fleetdm/fleet/issues/19172#issuecomment-2627812786),
so we can try this out and see if those errors cease.
