Magnus Jensen bce4c4afae remove old Windows MDM PoC tool (#39473)
This PR cleans up an old tool/windows-mdm-poc, that we no longer use or
rely on.

It is also an effort to minimze inline dependencies when unused.

Ian LittmanandVictor Lyuboslavsky 2f25580c3a Only allow FLEET_DEV_* env vars when --dev is passed, allow overriding configs one at a time in dev (#38652)
Resolves #38484. This includes a CI job change to make sure we don't
introduce any more env vars that don't get proxied (and thus turned off
outside `--dev`).

Jordan Montgomery 9250c392c5 Windows Manual MDM Enrollment (#36128)
<!-- Add the related story/sub-task/bug number, like Resolves #123, or
remove if NA -->
**Related issue:** Resolves #35308

Changes file covered by merge for #35307

Changes Windows MDM enrollment and unenrollment logic to no longer send
notifications to orbit and as such, require customers to enroll through
Settings or Autopilot. When a new enrollment is detected, processes the
enrollment type(auto=autopilot, manual=settings app) as specified and
maps it to the user who performed the enrollment

This is unfortunately all done in the query processing code which is
where we currently process these enrollments. I didn't see a better way
to do it without significant rework that was unclear in scope and the
new logic is simple enough it didn't feel like the right time to do
that.

Ian Littman 04e7a308d4 Clean up Windows profile preprocess parameter passing in advance of adding additional profile variables (#35809)

pull some dep declarations outside of loops. Setting this as a separate
PR so refactors can be evaluated without worrying about functional
changes, and vice versa. Functional changes on #34364 will be stacked on
top of this.

<!-- Add the related story/sub-task/bug number, like Resolves #123, or

For this one I opted for a simple approach of just duplicating the
arrays one for user, and one for device, then with the first loc uri
that checks in of either device or user, sets the respective arrays, I
thought while this was more LOC's it was easier to look at and maintain
compared to regex matches etc, let me know if you think otherwise.

https://fleetdm.slack.com/archives/C03C41L5YEL/p1761232938314509, but
also https://github.com/fleetdm/fleet/issues/34363, as it would have
been stupid to only add IDP_USERNAME (to allow for an email) when they
are so close together and no extra effort to support the rest.

Also does another fix to ensure fleet variables are correctly ordered by
longest name to shortest, to ensure variables that are used in longer
format (USERNAME, USERNAME_LOCAL_PART) that the LOCAL_PART one gets
processed first.

Jordan Montgomery f048df9d60 Add MS-MDE2 Request/Enrollment version 7.0 to allowlist to fix Windows enrollments (#31412)
Fixes #31232

The Microsoft documentation does not directly address
RequestVersion/EnrollmentVersion 7.0 in the allowed versions lists but
grepping the MS-MDE2 protocol docs for EnrollmentVersion finds a few
references related to Federated Authentication and this specifically
seems to be a changeset introduced for AzureAD/Intune related features
and does not impact how we do enrollments, as best I can tell.

Jordan Montgomery de7ce439ec Update WLAN XML profile verification so they aren't resent (#28296)
Fixes https://github.com/fleetdm/fleet/issues/24394 by adding new
verification logic to detect and verify these profiles. We only verify a
subset of the properties because there are certain settings such as the
Authentication which Windows seems to upgrade in circumstances where it
can(e.g. WPA2 specified but interface + router supports WPA3 results in
WPA3 on the client and there are likely other similar scenarios). After
discussion with design team we've decided the limited verification is
better than what we had before and a good solution for now.

I know this is extremely heavy on comments but the behavior is strange
and non obvious.

```
const dequeueCommandsStmt = `DELETE FROM windows_mdm_command_queue WHERE enrollment_id = ? AND command_uuid IN (?)`
stmt, params, err = sqlx.In(dequeueCommandsStmt, enrolledDevice.ID, matchingUUIDs)
```

Everything else is tests, cleanup, refactoring for readability.

Martin Angers fc3304c902 Move nanomdm dependency in monorepo (#16015)
#15557

Following the precedent that Lucas used for other similar PRs, the best
way to review is probably by commits.

* The first one simply copies over the files from the fork to the
monorepo
* Second one adjusts all import paths
* Third one tidies up the `go.mod` files
* Last one fixes the linter issues in the nanomdm package

I also verified that our Go test suite did run the newly moved `nanomdm`
package steps:

Roberto Dip b07fbdc1d7 implement profile verification for windows (#15348)
for #14426.

In order to prevent import cycles and be able to use some type
definitions/constants I followed the same pattern we did for macOS by
creating a new package named `syncml`. This makes the changelog look
bigger than it actually is, so I split it into two commits to make it
easier to review:

-
[d7c233d](https://github.com/fleetdm/fleet/pull/15348/commits/d7c233d54c82c25177fe3e62893803cabd7845ab)
moves the relevant bits to this new package
-
[7531a07](https://github.com/fleetdm/fleet/pull/15348/commits/7531a0742ba94a79c9469d918f7f2313fa28040f)
implements profile verification
