Juan Fernandez 52822be6d4 Trim spaces on Fleet's names (36312)

Resolves #36312 

- Validate and trim fleet names in NewTeam, ModifyTeam, and
ApplyTeamSpecs
- Trim fleet names in gitops YAML parsing (parseName)
- Disable submit button in CreateTeamModal and RenameTeamModal when name
is whitespace-only
