    [ios] Add language and country locale to the Google Suggest request

    Adding both will help the Suggest server map the request to a
    Trending Queries list on iOS.

    This change also updates the current version for the Trending Queries
    client-side trial since the trial needs to be run again not including
    past new users who never saw the feature.

fix https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/26607

If cached credential is expired at startup, current user could be
purchased user but it could be expired while terminated.
So, trying to refresh credential by reloading purchased state at
startup.

Simon Hong 5375b53ed4 Fixed sidebar's horizontal alignment is not properly set at startup 
fix https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/26605

Set horizontal alignment when sidebar initialization is completed.

When SidebarContainerView::SetSidebarOnLeft() is called before sidebar
is initialized, it just update |sidebar_on_left_| and it's not propagated
to children because they're not yet initialized.
After initialized, it was called but it's early returned because
|sidebar_on_left_| was set already. This bug came frome here.
