Michael Herrmann b9298a2daa Fix: DEP Omaha pointed at dangling commit 
This likely happened because a new commit (aefae) was created when a PR was
merged, orphaning the original commit (28162). This commit pins the DEP to the
new commit, which is in the Omaha repo's main line.
