To this end: - in guest mode, the button uses the color as the stroke for the icon; - in normal mode, the button extracts alpha value of the color and applies that to whatever avatar icon is displayed (including custom Chrome avatars, the GAIA avatars, and the default avatars, potentially colored according to the theme color).
