Claudio DeSouza 44b745006e [cr138] TabStyle::GetPinnedWidth adding split argument

This method has now been affected by the broader change going on in
upstream introducing their own split view.

    [SxS] Adjust size of pinned split tab

    The split pinned tab will basically take over the overlap between the
    two tabs which gets rid of the big awkward empty space.
