Our overrides seem to have degraded at some point, likely because of the kExtensionsMenuAccessControl feature which is disabled upstream but probably was enabled at some point. Updated our code to just replace the icon with ours and use our colors. Adding and removing the pin button doesn't make sense with the kExtensionsMenuAccessControl flag disabled because there's no way to pin the extension without the button.
