Updated content on software-management (vulnerability-management) (#23795)
- updated hero messaging and image @eashaw, we should follow up on this to rename the file to "software-management" and set up redirects. I had a go but ran into some issues, so I'll leave that to you 🙌 Co-authored-by: Drew Baker <89049099+Drew-P-drawers@users.noreply.github.com>
