## Details
Quick fix to an issue where when a team admin attempted to via an
inherited policy, they would encounter an eternal spinner / flickering
page. The issue stemmed from a reload cycle being set off by the stored
policy being returned with a team ID of `null`, and existing code that
works around the fact that the `useTeamId` hook modifies the router
state.
## Testing
1. Create an All Teams policy on an instance with at least one team
2. Create an admin for the team
3. Log in as the team admin
4. Go to Policies page, select the team from the dropdown, click on the
inherited policy in the list to view its details.
On main, the details never load. On this branch, they do.
Closes: #24379
Changes:
- Updated the `build-static-content` script to build the configuration
for /app-library pages from JSON files in the ee/maintained-apps/
folder.

This PR adds logic to save NotValidAfter time for DigiCert certificate.
This info will be needed for a follow up certificate renewal story.

@rfairburn @edwardsb @lukeheath Y'all, please stop me if this is a bad
idea.
I found that `GET /api/v1/fleet/vpp` isn't working, but is still
documented. I believe we moved to new endpoint to manage VPP tokens:
`GET /api/v1/fleet/vpp_tokens`
For #26609
This PR adds support for the following Fleet variables in DigiCert CN,
SeatID, and UPN fields:
- FLEET_VAR_HOST_HARDWARE_SERIAL
- FLEET_VAR_HOST_END_USER_EMAIL_IDP
It also adds support for FLEET_VAR_HOST_HARDWARE_SERIAL in any profile,
similar to FLEET_VAR_HOST_END_USER_EMAIL_IDP

An example of such a browser would be an email link scanner, so this
*should* fix cases where link-scanning was redeeming the MFA link before
the intended user could get to it. Real users can still click through if
they wind up on this page, e.g. if they logged in with a different
browser than the one used to open the MFA link.
Users redeeming MFA with the same browser that initiated the login skp
the button and redeem/land on the dashboard automatically.

## For #25034
### API changes:
[this PR diff](https://github.com/fleetdm/fleet/pull/25013/files)
("available_teams" change is adding missing documentation for current
API behavior)
### schema changes:
- new col in `users` table, `settings`, type `json`. Defaults to `{}`.
New setting, `hidden_host_columns`, added or updated on first relevant
API call per user.
### semantics
- **null** `"hidden_host_columns"` field means "not yet set, use
defaults": `{"settings":{"hidden_host_columns": null}}`
- **included and empty** `"hidden_host_columns"` field means "no columns
hidden, show all columns in the UI":
`{"settings":{"hidden_host_columns": []}}`
### Updates 1/7/25 per discussion with @rachaelshaw @lucasmrod
@sgress454:
- Optional query param `include_ui_settings=true` included with `GET`s
to `/me` or `/users/:id` will trigger considering the API call to be a
contributor API call, giving more flexibility for future changes. Note
that this is the first time we have one endpoint that can be
conditionally considered a contributor endpoint depending on how it is
called.

## Details
This PR updates the db snapshot script to have it add a `drop database
if exists` line to the top. This means that snapshots will start from a
clean state, so that they won't get out of sync with migrations.
## Testing
I tested this by:
1. starting with an up-to-date database, restoring an old snapshot while
on the main code branch, then trying `fleet prepare db`.
2. This failed because the migrations it tried to run were creating
tables that already existed in the database.
3. I made a new copy of this snapshot by dropping my db and doing
`create database fleet`, restoring the snapshot and snapshotting again.
4. On the main branch, I reset my db using `make db-reset` and then
restore my new snapshot
5. Finally, did `fleet prepare db` and this time it worked since the new
snapshot dropped the database before restoring.
