This was used as part of the release of fleetd 1.22.0 to the `edge`
channel.
I added more automation to ease releasing fleetd. (They were too many
manual clicks and error prone actions.)
Removing entry. 1) failed to build again. Now that this is "device
health" this query probably doesn't really fit with the rest of the list
anyway. Sorry for all the approvals...

two motivations:
- prevent mysterious crashes in arm64 machines without Rosetta (often
the case in fresh VMs)
- prevent unexpected errors in Windows arm64 VMs when using certain
system calls

In https://github.com/fleetdm/fleet/pull/16750 we introduced logic to
prevent POST requests to frontend endpoints.
The redirect for SSO was using `http.StatusTemporaryRedirect` as the
status code, which preserves the original request method (`POST` in this
case).
This changes the method to be `http.StatusSeeOther`, [per MDN][1]:
> This response code is often sent back as a result of PUT or POST. The
> method used to display this redirected page is always GET.

- Removed Markdown links from ritual descriptions (and added them to the
moreInfoUrl value of the rituals)
- Updated the "Generate merged schema" ritual to be weekly, and added a
`moreInfoUrl` value.

4. fix golint errors in scep package
