Since the original logic was implemented, there have been some changes
in the way that config refreshes are configured. This commit reflects
those changes and should be backwards compatible.
Closes#357
Beginning of an e2e testing framework for the fleet application.
This uses [Cypress](https://www.cypress.io/) to implement a first end-to-end test in Fleet.

- Add query parameter to the /api/v1/fleet/hosts endpoint and edit the example request and response.
- Add query parameter to the /api/v1/fleet/labels/{id}/hosts endpoint
These changes support the ability to perform a search on the Hosts table by hostname, machine_serial, and ipv4.
These changes fixe #303 by adding the number of hosts successfully responding to the live query UI. This information was previously removed in Fleet 3.7.1
This PR is part of the Complete documentation for Fleet API project #43.
The endpoint included in these changes:
- `POST api/v1/fleet/targets`
Additional changes:
- Now order_key and order_direction are included in the parameters table for endpoints that support them. Fixes#326
- Change endpoints to `api/v1/fleet` naming
Uses a LIKE clause to search for hosts matching the query against
columns `host_name`, `uuid`, `hardware_serial`, and `primary_ip`.
Introduces the `searchLike` helper to add the appropriate filters to the
SQL query.
Aliases `hostname` (`host_name`) and `memory` (`physical_memory`) when
used as keys for ordering in the API this allows for better consistency
on the frontend.
To be cleaned up further in #317
Ubuntu 20.04 uses an older version of Node by default that does not
support the rmSync method we were using previously. This should extend
compatibility.
We found in some environments users run `sudo npm install -g fleetctl`
to install via NPM, and NPM does not execute postinstall scripts when
run as root.
This new approach should be compatible with more environments as the
download of fleetctl is done as necessary when the script is invoked.
- Better documentation and error for missing docker-compose.
- Handle case of no existing config file.
- Make logs directory world-writable (to allow writes from inside container).
