- sort case-insensitively in the query results (live), query report, and
host query report tables
- default to sorting by the host display name in the query results and
by `last_fetched` for the query report tables
- (unchanged) host query reports sort by the first column of the
results, since all `last_fetched` are the same

for https://github.com/fleetdm/fleet/issues/15196. The main problem was
that we have two timeouts:
1. The timeout used by the host to kill the script execution
2. The timeout used by the server to wait for the script results
Before the changes in https://github.com/fleetdm/fleet/pull/15779, the
server timeout was longer than the host timeout, but we inadvertently
set both values to 5 minutes, which breaks the logic we have to handle
both kinds of timeouts.
Per discussion with @noahtalerman and @marko-lisica today: we're going
to aim to always add redirects in `/website/config/routes.js` for any
docs/external pages we link to in the Fleet UI & CLI, to reduce surface
areas of PRs when doc headings change or things are moved around...

previous: ...one ticket is created per CVE regardless of the number of
hosts on which such CVE is detected.
Hope that meaning is the same? If so, what is there is a little clunky.
On Host Details Policies page, removed callout box with a broken link.

The bug stemmed from the presence of nodes of the following structure in
the SQL abstract syntax tree generated by the `sqlite-parser` package,
whos `.name` was incorrectly being assumed to be a `string` and included
as a table to check compatibility of. Since it is not actually a table,
this was disqualifying the entire query from compatibility with any OS:

#15196 This is the work of @ghernandez345 except for adding the
`ResponseController` thing in Go to override the server timeout for that
specific sync endpoint so that the calls don't timeout waiting for a
script response (the default HTTP server timeout was 90s for our
server).

#15556
We will need to pay attention when releasing fleet (the github actions
were modified to use the local file now).
Should be reviewed by commits (first commit is the actual adding of the
`version.go` file)
- [X] Manual QA for all new/changed functionality
Manually tested the following:
- `Settings -> My account` on the UI and checked the `/version` endpoint
response. (Or also visiting https://localhost:8080/version on a
browser).
- Ran `make fleetctl fleet`, `./build/fleetctl --version` and
`./build/fleet version`.

#15555
Probably the best way to review this is commit by commit:
- First commit does the actual moving.
- Second commit fixes golangci-lint issues (in the least effort way to
avoid refactoring or rearrangement of some of the code).
- Third commit moves a printf to before the migration step is executed.
In the past some customers hitting migration issues (like migration
steps hanging or taking long to execute) and wanted to know which one
was it. The only way to know was to look at the repository and looking
for the next migration after the last one logged.
Checks:
- [X] Manual QA for all new/changed functionality
Manual tests:
- `make fleet && make db-reset`.
- Adding a new migration via `make migration name=Foobar` and then
running `./build/fleet prepare db`.
- Enrolling a new device to Fleet (smoke test).
Issue #15057 (macOS flow)
Manual QA:
1. Download a manual enrollment profile for a macOS device from the "My
device" page (click on "Turn on MDM" banner).
2. Open the profile in a text editor and find the following plist entry:
```xml
<key>PayloadIdentifier</key>
<string>com.fleetdm.fleet.mdm.apple.mdm</string>
```
3. Below that entry add a new entry as follows:
```xml
<key>EndUserEmail</key>
<string>user@example.com</string>
```
4. Save the file, then double-click in Finder to activate the MDM
enrollment notification.
5. Run orbit from source:
```sh
go run github.com/fleetdm/fleet/v4/orbit/cmd/orbit \
--dev-mode \
--disable-updates \
--root-dir /tmp/orbit \
--fleet-url https://localhost:8080 \
--insecure \
--enroll-secret <YOUR ENROLL SECRET GOES HERE> \
-- --verbose
```
6. Look for the following log entries in the terminal where you are
running orbit:
<img width="679" alt="Screenshot 2023-12-21 at 3 03 03 PM"
src="https://github.com/fleetdm/fleet/assets/73313222/cefc77e3-e209-49b3-a03e-abff0f7f982b">
7. In the UI, navigate to the host details page and check "Used by" in
the "About" section:
