Current REST API documentation for activities is outdated. Since we have
automatically generated documentation for activity types on the Audit
activities page, with all the necessary details I think it's a good idea
to link REST API docs to this one.
REST API docs will have a description of what will be returned with
example and specific information about each activity type can be found
on the Audit activities page, which is always up-to-date.

Changes:
- Removed the Papercups chat widget.
- Changed the "Talk to an expert" buttons on the website to open the
HubSpot chat widget.
- Updated the Fleet Sandbox registration page to link to the MDM setup
docs.
- Changed the earliest supported versions of iOS and Safari the Fleet
website support to v11.
After this PR is merged, we will need to activate the new chat flow in
HubSpot.

osquery-perf simulated hosts enroll and are identified as manually
enrolled. (Enrolling as DEP requires more work, e.g. a new mocked Apple
DEP endpoint).
Given that these are simulated MDM clients, they cannot be woken up with
push notifications. Instead, these check for new commands to execute
every 10 seconds (which is not realistic, but could serve as a good
loadtesting exercise).
I will now start setting up the loadtest environment with MDM enabled
and configured to test this.

The default max open conns (50) was causing issues with small DB
instances (`db.t4g.medium`) in loadtesting (we run 10 fleet instances,
and 500 was over the limit number of connections for that instance
type).
Also upgrading Redis version to a more recent version that users are
most likely using.
Changes:
- Added the required `pageOrderInSection` meta tag to
`adding-new-ui-components.md`
I just guessed what the `pageOrderInSection` value should be. This PR is
just to fix the website deploy script caused by this page not having the
required meta tag.

Related to #11534 this is an extract from the code I used to build a
prototype to see if `swiftDialog` would work for us.
This is very similar to the work we did for Nudge previously.
