Changes:
- Updated the query-detail, vital-detail, and policy-detail pages to
have a tab for bash commands.
- Updated queries, vitals, and policies to have a bash command that
returns the same results as the SQL query.
This PR fixes a couple of issues introduced when we started releasing
separate amd64 and arm64 versions of our windows and linux binaries:
* Adds the architecture string to the download url in the fleetctl npm
package
* Updates the goreleaser templates to only add the architecture to
non-macos (i.e. windows and linux) packages
* Updates the script that the website uses to download fleetctl
I did a weak test of the fleetctl npm installer by hardcoding what was
returned for my system type and at least verified that the download url
worked. Doing some more checks on VMs now.
## For #26229 – Part 1
- This PR contains the core abstractions, routes, API updates, and types
for GitOps mode in the UI. Since this work will touch essentially every
part of the Fleet UI, it is ripe for merge conflicts. To mitigate such
conflicts, I'll be merging this work in a number of iterative PRs. ~To
effectively gate any of this work from showing until it is all merged to
`main`, [this commit](feedbb2d4c25ec2e304e1f18d409cee62f6752ed) hides
the settings section that allows enabling/disabling this setting,
effectively feature flagging the entire thing. In the last of these
iterative PRs, that commit will be reverted to engage the entire
feature. For testing purposes, reviewers can `git revert
feedbb2d4c25ec2e304e1f18d409cee62f6752ed` locally~ The new settings
section for this feature is feature flagged until all PRs are merged -
to show the setting section while testing, run `ALLOW_GITOPS_MODE=true
NODE_ENV=development yarn run webpack --progress --watch` in place of
`make generate-dev`

adds a "learn more" link on the cert/key pair error when turning on
windows.
This also updates the CustomLink to add new variant for when we want to
display this in a flash message

- @noahtalerman: I'm using a test Windows computer to write a guide
about disk encryption keys (more info
[here](https://github.com/fleetdm/confidential/issues/9031)). This
Windows computer isn't used for work so we want to add it to our
"Compliance exclusions" team so it doesn't show up in Vanta compliance
reports.

Refactoring android/mysql/testing_utils.go to remove duplication with

For #24040
Add gitops option for the request to modify the app config.
There was an issue with the abm token teams getting reset to default
anytime the `PATCH /fleet/config` endpoint was called. @jahzielv and I
discussed various options on how to solve this and agreed that the
approach taken in this PR was the quickest but not the best. Ideally,
we'd like the gitops client to send back the data to the endpoint that
its going to update. This will allow the `PATCH /fleet/config` endpoint
to work like a standard `PATCH` request and only update the options
provided instead of updating the app config differently depending on the
client calling the endpoint.

This feature was requested by a customer that has since decided not to
continue using the MSP dashboard. We had identified some edge cases with
the feature that we wanted to add patches for, so rather than leave it
in the current state (which isn't being used) we decided to back the
code out entirely.
